Wolves stun Port Townsend | Football

Its offense dominated early, and its defense took over late. The result was a 29-21 win for the Coupeville High School football team over Port Townsend Friday, Sept. 26, at Mickey Clark Field.

After winning the first set, the Coupeville High School volleyball couldn't keep the momentum and lost 3-1 to visiting Mount Vernon Christian Thursday, Sept. 25.

Despite showing improvement, the Coupeville High School tennis team lost twice this week in nonleague matches, falling 6-1 to visiting Archbishop Murphy Wednesday, Sept. 24, and 4-1 at South Whidbey Thursday, Sept. 25.

High school volleyball players to host clinic

The Coupeville High School volleyball team will host two free volleyball clinics for students kindergarten through sixth grade next month at the high school and middle school gyms.
