October 3, 2012 · 12:43 PM

The Camp Casey Conference Center pool has received a donation of lifejackets from the Paris White Foundation in Auburn, Wash.

The foundation donated 26 lifejackets, ranging in size from infant to adult, to help parents and young people have a safer, more enjoyable swim experience at the Camp Casey pool.

The Paris White Foundation was established in 2005 by Paul and Deanna White after the drowning death of their daughter, Paris. The foundation helps educate and inform people about ways to prevent drownings and near drownings.

The Cap Casey Conference Center pool is owned by Seattle Pacific University and is open to the public during summer months. Call 360-678-5050 for information.
