Coupeville community portrait set for Sept. 8
September 7, 2012 · 11:18 AM
Coupeville residents are encouraged to join in the 2012 Coupeville Community Portrait, which will be taken at 12:30 p.m. at the Coupeville Farmers Market on the Community Green at Eighth and Alexander streets, behind the Coupeville library.
The community photo, sponsored by The Whidbey Examiner, will be taken by Examiner freelance photographer Joe Novoty, who will be lifted up by a bucket truck provided by Puget Sound Energy.
High-quality, full color 11 x 17 posters of last year’s Coupeville Community Portrait are available the Coupeville Farmers Market for $15.
The Community Portrait takes place on the same date as the Central Whidbey Nonprofit Fair, also to be held at the market.
