Garden Tour offers grants

The 18th annual Whidbey Island Garden Tour is seeking qualified grant applicants to receive funding from the June 22, 2013 tour.Projects emphasizing public space enhancement and education are of particular interest. Grants typically run from $1,000 up to $10,000. The deadline is Oct. 31. For details or an application, go to wigt.org or e-mail beneficiaries@whidbey.net.
