"Her colorful and whimsical oil paintings are an absolute delight," said gallery owner Victory Schouten. "The paintings in this exhibit cleverly play with the idea of birds and birdhouses in completely original and magical ways."
Not to be missed is the handblown glass art of Adamson and Swalwell, said Schouten.
"Robert and Janis's work is aspires to the highest standards and is consistently and breathtakingly beautiful," she said.
The opening reception takes place in conjunction with the First Friday Art and Wine Walk at Greenbank Farm. There will be music by The Muse and Eye and refreshments will be served. The Schouten gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Call 360-222-3070 or email info@robschoutengallery.com.
