Firearms Safety classes offered on North Whidbey

The North Whidbey Sportsmen’s Association is offering monthly classes in firearms safety education and training to the general public.

Courses offered will include the National Rifle Association's First Steps Pistol Orientation, Home Firearms Safety and Basic Pistol Shooting.

Home Firearms Safety will be offered from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20. Cost for this class is $20 per student.

All course fees must be made in advance either in cash or by sending a check to North Whidbey Sportsmen's Association, P.O. Box 267, Oak Harbor, WA, 98277. Please note "for NRA class" on the check.
