Bolstad, Freeman exhibit at Schouten Gallery

August 31, 2012 · Updated 12:13 PM

The Rob Schouten Gallery at Greenbank Farm will hold an opening reception to honor new exhibits by painter Karin Bolstad and sculptor Dan Freeman from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3.

Freeman's work is shown throughout the Northwest and features elements found in nature, sometimes combined with the unexpected textures of glass and steel. Bolstad's paintings are done with acrylic paint and mixed media inclusions.

The exhibition will open in conjunction with First Fridays at the Farm Art and Wine Walk. All galleries and shops will be open until 8 p.m. and the cafe will serve a special evening menu.

The Rob Schouten Gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. For information call 360-222-3070, e-mail info@robschoutengallery.com or go to www.robschoutengallery.com.
