November 7, 2012 · Updated 11:41 AM

The Coupeville Historic Waterfront Association again offers its popular Red Ticket Drawing to reward those who shop in the historic district of Coupeville during the holiday season.

For every $20 spent at any of the 26 participating businesses through Saturday, Dec. 22, shoppers receive a red ticket.

The drawing takes place at 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 23 on the steps of the Island County Historical Museum, and only one lucky ticket holder will take home the $1,000 cash prize. Three $100 cash prizes also will be awarded.

Participants must be at least 18 years old, and must be present at the drawing to win.
